She kept me constantly updated and provided me with much-needed guidance on the details of preparing the property for sale, as well as on the HUD document, which can be very stressful for those who don t fully understand its contents. Above all, there was constant communication to ensure I understood the market factors impacting the sale and, more importantly, the time the property spent on the market. Without that level of communication, the stress becomes overbearing, and even if the news is negative, it is better to be aware than simply wander in the dark."
